Participation costs

The mission's cost is USD 3950 and includes:

Four-night stay at the David Intercontinental hotel in Tel Aviv
Transportation to the different venues
Access to the business forum and Ilan Ramon Space Conference 
Pre-arranged calendar of B2B meetings
Visits to IAI, Elop, Rafael and the Asher Space Research Institute 
Upscale reception hosted by the U.S. Embassy
Touring of Jaffa and Caesarea.

It does not include:

Air fare
Transportation from / to the airport
Hotel extras
Some of the meals
Personal insurance

An optional one-day extension to Jerusalem is also scheduled. It is priced at USD 495 and will include transportation from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, a one-night stay in a brand-new luxurious hotel and a guided tour of the Old City (the Armenian, Jewish, Christian and Muslim quarters).

Payment details

Payments must be made through wire transfer and received by airlift before December 21, 2009. The total amount of registration costs, inclusive of any bank fees, should be directed to: Bank Leumi, Technion Branch, Haifa, Israel.

Participants will receive a registration confirmation within one week of the payment's receipt.
Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by airlift no later than December 21, 2009 for a full refund. Written cancellations received Dec. 22 – Dec. 31 are refundable less a $100 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel beyond this date or fail to attend will forfeit the entire fee. However, full attendee substitutions for persons from the same organization may be made through January 15, 2010.
